Two reasons for the 3 star review: 1.) These must have been returned because there was dirt inside the heel of the left shoe and dirt on the outside of the right shoe. I ordered new and got used. 2.) The top part of the sandal hits my toe wrong on the right foot. Not the fault of the shoe, just my bad toe. The footbed was soft and squishy, like what you'd expect from Crocs. You can adjust the top 1-1 1/2" to your foot. I'll keep them because I had a gift card to pay for half and don't want to mess with the return. I can keep them next to the door for easy slip on.Pros: it's cushy and generally comforable.Cons: (1) it has little nubs inside that are a bit irritating, and (2) its a bit unstable. It actually has a larger footprint than my EVA Birkenstocks, but is wobblier underfoot. I suspect the cutout under the arch needs to be filled in, so that the sole has constant contact with the ground from heal to toe, and the sides of the heal cup need to be steeper. This design has the potenial to be great, but first Crocs needs to fix the flaws.crocs say they are for men/women, but they are really for men. these are adjustable.I bought these to replace an older pair of Crocs slides, and I feel that the quality of these has gone downhill. They don't fit as well and don't seem to give my feet the same support. They're okay, but I'm not crazy about them.Fit is good but the strap part hurts where it touches the foot ( becuase the material is rigid and hard not softer material) when you start walking. I realized this after I started using them so it was too late to return. Go for one with more soft straps.I'm a 10.5 size, got an 11. Its loose but not floppy when I tighten the strap a little bit. Maybe a 10 wouldve been ok bc I have narrow feet and loosen the strap bc there is plenty of length. But these slippers are super comfortable and shock absorbing.My favorite part of these excellent slides is the velcro top. I can get my toes painted and put my foot into the slide then velcro it. Does not mess up the nail polish. They also fit well and are comfortable.Really nice. Do not suggest you use them for walking distances.Ive worn Crocs for about 16 years now..all types... This slide is very hard and un-giving... The top is very hard and totally stiff... Difficult to get the velcro fitting right..even then there was a pinch place that I could not relieve...lol... I love the look of them but because they were so un bendy and stiff I just keep them for watering the garden.. I would say this model would be hard to get the right size for everyone so choose carefullyDespite having bought size 7 footwear for all my adult life, these Crocs are too big. The footprint may be similar to other size 7's but not having heels or fronts, feet are too small to be accommodated in foot area. To return them, I have to pay postage! This highlights buying online. When buying, if the item is not suitable, you should be able to return at no cost to you. Unless seller or Amazon review their policies, this will temper my future buying practise.Comfort level is okay but it starts paining from the side and it gets dirty very fast, not as good as i wanted. Its too huge look wise.They told 1 month exchange but then after 5 days i am unable to proceed there is no option of exchange as such. Not satisfied.looks good. not very comfortable.
