The puff strap is very comfortable. The fur lining flattens out pretty quickly and doesn’t have much cushion once it’s flattened.I Love ? Color was light blue for the lining and the actual croc was an off colored lavender. Looks horrible together and I was outside the return window by time the birthday came around as this was a gift.
