if you are a half size and want to wear them now then oder size down. 4 yr old is 10.5 and ordered 11 and it's way too big. will have to wait until she grows into them or return them for 10. she had this style previously when she was 2 yrs and loved them.they never gave her blisters and these were her first pair of shoes (at 2 yrs) she wore consistently and put them on by herself.great summer/swim shoes for quick off/on. wouldn't recommend for all day walking at amusement park though.i bought knockoff brands and they would smell horrible after all day wear in summer! crocs aren't that bad as far as smell. if i think they're getting gross i throw some dish soap and hot water on them and air dry overnight. i let my kids wear these till they break too and they're pretty durable so typically upgrade when their feet grow.usually not in good enough shape to hand down. too bad they don't have a recycle/trade in program at their stores.
