My wife convinced me to get a pair of crocks to slip on when I leave the house for small tasks. I'm not sure if these are what I want, however. First, the fit is a little snug; granted, I do have wide feet. Second, I really like using the heel strap, but the shoes are not convenient to slip on or off with the heel strap in position for wear. I've tried positioning the strap below the heel edge, but it just doesn't work for me. Third, I purchased the solid shoe because I would be using these for yard work, such as weed whacking, and I didn't want the holes to become a safety hazard. Not sure if it makes a big difference. And finally, these are really comfortable to walk in for me. Like I mentioned before, I prefer to wear these with the heel strap in place, but that negates the ease of removing them.I love this version for multiple reasons:-- I live in Seattle and I can still wear them on rainy days when I walk from the house to the curb to get the mail or take the trash out. I still have dry socks when I get back to the house!-- I often wear my crocs when I do light gardening/weeding, and dirt ALWAYS gets into the holes in the toe box of my traditional crocs. Well, with this version I'm all set!-- I often go down to the lake to go boating or paddleboarding and the pathway between the car and the dock is gravel. And, with my old crocs (with the toe holes), I ALWAYS get gravel/stones in-between my toes or under the arch of my feet. Then I need to stop and dump out the rocks and brush off the bottom of my feet before resuming my walk. But these crocs solved that problem! To be clear, I still love my other crocs...the ventilation is great on the old ones and I wear them to the store or on trips. But this closed-toe work croc fits the bill in so many ways!Note: I wear multiple pairs of crocs, and although my shoe size is 10 1/2, I typically fit into a size 10 with crocs. However, I found the size 10 men's too small and narrow. I returned them and got an 11 and it is perfect.I’m a housekeeping manager in a hotel and am almost constantly walking or standing. I was buying a new pair of expensive tennis shoes every 6 months because they wore out so quickly. I also deal with cleaning chemicals and spills and ruined numerous pairs of shoes because of that fact. These are unbelievably comfy and super lightweight.I like the roomy toe box but it is not a perfect fit for me, but good enough to keep. The massage dots of the insole make me feel sick so I wear these clogs with a regular insole insert.I like that there are no holes in these clogs, so I can walk through wet grass without getting my socks soaked.I liked the crocs and I wanted to get ones without holes. The only issue is your feet get warm when wearing them. If you normally have cold feet, you will like these!Purchased for yard work. Easy clean upComfortable, quick to kick off before going in the house. The shoe on the right is a year old, and the shoe on the left is exactly the same shoe and same size (women's 6), which I received about a week ago. Both pairs were quite wide upon arrival, so I just wear heavier socks. I leave my shoes on the porch and the old shoe on the right and it's mate both shrunk !! in the 110* weather we had last month! Otherwise, the shoes hold up well for all the barn chores and muck they have to endure. Just don't leave them in the hot sun. When it comes to shoes it is subjective. However, for me the toe box, width and arch support is good. The Crocs are excellent, just right for short visits to the garden and even longer spells out there, although I wouldn't wear them for digging etc. They are a roomy fit, but that's intended and they are comfortable.Like others I misunderstood the sizing chart and had to return the first pair because they were the wrong size. I wanted UK size 8. You can't order UK size 8, you have to choose either M8 or M9. The size chart says that label size M9 = UK size 8, so I ordered M9. I was sent UK size 9 (which were label size M10). They were too big so I had to return them and re-order M8.Amazon usually gets this sort of thing right but they are showing no sign of sorting this out.I bought 2 pairs of these Crocs in different sizes. The Men's size 8 came in 1 day and was from Amazon sarl and was true to size, just very wide. The ladies size 6 took a couple of weeks, came from China (Lapi retail) and was at least 1 and a half to 2 sizes to big compared to normal UK sizing. The worst part is, the 2 pairs were totally different brands, with completely different labels and manufacturer tags. This means that when you order, you get pot luck on size, depending on the brand you get sent. (I ordered both pairs from the same Amazon item, just put 2 different sizes in my shopping basket, so assumed the 2 products would be the same!) Luckily they come with free returns, but I don't want to buy a smaller size as I've got no way of knowing which brand I'll be sent (the true-to-size brand or the poorly-sized brand). Really, how simple is it to ensure that the stated size of a shoe is accurate?I am starting a new job as a dental nurse in May and I needed crocs as part of my uniform and these are very good quality and comfortable. I am a size 6 so I ordered the woman’s size 6 and they fit perfectly so keep to your true size when ordering. They are more than I wanted to pay for crocs but you are getting a good productI am a professional chef by trade and my old safety shoes wore out some time ago making walking on wet floors a bit tricky. I was issued some new shoes by the company but the new shoes were not as good as they cramped my toes and rubbed my ankles. A work colleague recommended Crocs to me so I bought a pair. They fit very well, they are not a tight fit across the foot and my toes are no longer cramped. the back of the shoe does not come up the ankle and so the ankle is not rubbed at all. The sole is slip resistant and has not been an issue on wet floors. The only issue that I can mention is that due to the materials the shoe is made from my feet have a tendency to sweat resulting in damp socks. The shoes will be easy to keep clean due to them being rubberised. I would happily recommend a pair of Bistro Crocs to anyone needing comfortable footware for working.I really liked these upon arrival. They arrived on time. They fit just the way I wanted them to - a sort of 'relaxed fit'. They're lightweight like I wanted. They're comfortable. But they're not exactly ideal for use in a commercial kitchen as they are not slip resistant. They're also not very breathable so expect to get sweaty feet. This isn't the biggest issue though. Since switching to these crocs for work I have received some of the most severe static shocks I've ever experienced. I think had I done a little more research before purchasing these I would have known that static shocks are associated with crocs. Essentially they are not fit for the purpose I required them for but other than that I still rather like them and will maybe use them as like an outdoor summer shoe or like a gardening shoe. I would advise that if you are looking to buy these crocs be aware that they are likely to increase risk of static shocks.
