The back strap was missing in the size 1 shoe, I bought for my daughter ; however, I bought the same exact shoe in a 10 (Toddler ) and the back strap was present. So, I assume they don't offer the back strap in little kid size but in the toddler shoe, which is fine but I fon 'to think they should advertise the little kid shoe having a back strap when it doesn't. The shoe is fine otherwise, they look cute on both my kids feet.
