Good non-slip shoes for work I do wear them 5 days a week at my job. Good arch support. I do wish that the opening was just a little bit wider because by the end of the day the top of my foot is usually hurting I do not have wide feet so it should not be that tight I've tried stretching it out when I'm not wearing them and I would have thought that maybe they would have given a little bit after wearing them for 9 or 10 months but they have not. They are very durable and I'm very happy that I do not come home with wet feet everyday. I like to be able to slip right into them and not have to tie any shoes before going to work and dealing with shoelaces. I just wish that they would be a little bit wider at the opening to fit my foot just a little better. I think my next purchase will be Crocs with the slingback they seem to be just a little bit more giving on the fit. They're comfortable but i had to buy the cushions for the back because they have either 5 or 6 and 5 were too small. The top of my feet thou is too tight so it hurts. And i have small thin feet so im not sure if it was made wrong bcus its only my right foot. Hopefully they loosen a little once i wear them over time.I wasn't sure how great they'd be when I first put them on because they were somewhat tight across the top, but after a few hours on the floor they seemed to break in well. Nonslip soles and good arch support, very lightweight. If you want a breathable Croc, stick with the traditional holed Crocs - but I'm impressed! My feet didn't kill me after 12 hours, so huge win there.•WHY I BOUGHT THIS SHOE•1. I am a middle school science teacher who is on her feet/standing for 7-9 hours a day. I used to be a waitress, bartender, and CNA who would stand for even longer... Think 12 hours2. I injured my foot somehow over the years and now I have a fallen arch/flat foot/foot drop and arthritis per my doctor. The pain is so great that I limp around most of the time.•PROS OF THIS SHOE•1. IT WORKS!!!!! My foot is no longer in shooting pain after school. In fact, my foot doesn't hurt at all in that area. Of course, my feet are "sore" from standing all day, but that's how normal, non-injured feet feel after working.2. VERY CUTE! I got the black rose design and it goes with all of my black slacks.3. THE PRICE! I did not have $180 to drop on a shoe that may or may not work. My husband has Crocs slides and loves them, so I went out on a limb and purchased this. I do not regret it and I will be buying more pairs.4. ARCH SUPPORT: The Crocs insoles have good arch support, but you may want to use your insole if you have a medical issue with your feet. The sole is squishy and comfortable on my injured foot.•CONS OF THIS SHOE•1. SQUEAKY! I had to tell all of my classes that, yes, I know my shoes squeak, but no, I don't care, because my feet feel amazing. It sounds like a duck quacking. If you are easily embarrassed, this might be a con for you.2. TIGHT across the top! This is fixable, I just haven't had time to fix it yet. You can put your shoes on with 2-3 pairs of thick socks and blow dry them for as long as you can take it. This will stretch your shoes out.3. SORE muscles? Granted, I have had a foot injury for years, and it has probably affected how I walk. After two days of wearing these shoes, every muscle in my legs is SORE. I can barely bend or climb steps. I assume this is because the shoes are correcting my gait and posture, which was incorrect/overcompensating for my foot injury before.•HOW DOES IT FIT?•I usually size up due to my insoles. I suggest the same for this shoe. I am usually an 8.5 and I got a 9. Half-size feet should size up, in my opinion. This may help with some of the tightness across the top.I suggest wearing thick socks with these shoes if you don't like the slip and slide that clogs create. The toe box is very roomy and makes my arthritic toe feel very nice. (Arthritis is a side effect of the flat foot...)It is tight across the top, but like I said, that is fixable.I have small heels and these do not slide off my feet or cause blisters.•A NOTE ON INSOLES•I took the Crocs insole out and added my own orthopedic insole. I had no problem with this. You definitely don't want to wear both insoles at once. Pick one!•THE VERDICT•Overall, I WOULD buy these shoes again. I WOULD recommend them to a friend. They DO help with fallen feet. After two days of constant wear, I am very happy.I like the light weight and the comfort but to smallI'm normally an 8.5 in women's, and the 8 was wayyyyy too big on me. I would say it was a good 1.5-2 sizes too big. i'm still going to wear them because I need them for work and they are comfy. These shoes are very comfortable as I am usually on my feet for at most 7 hours per 8 hour shift. The inner sole can be removed which helps if the socks I'm wearing are thicker. I'm very pleased with these shoes. I am a size 7 1/2 and I purchased a size 8.I'm just about to graduate with a degree as a pastry chef and have been working as a baker in a local restaurant. These shoes come with inserts that are comfortable but have no arch support. Once I replaced those with arch support inserts these shoes are great (they lose a partial star because I had to spend extra money). With that adjustment, I was able to wear these in both of those the kitchens for 5-10 hours at a time with minimal foot fatigue. They are extremely light weight which makes them easy to move quickly in. The nonslip bottoms are awesome on greasy or wet floors and although they're not great in icey walk in refrigerators/freezers they do help and are better than regular athletic shoes. Sizing is true to normal shoe size and I had no issues with ankle or toe blisters. The toe beds have plenty of space and the back of the shoe hit just in the right place to not rub. I have been able to spot clean/ sanitize them on the outside easily and ran them through the washer a several times (air dried afterwards) with no problems. The material is great because spills don't get inside the shoe but also it's not great because it doesn't allow aeration to keep my feet from getting sweaty (a good foot powder spray had helped here but more money spent so lose another partial star for sweaty feet). All in all they're the best shoes I've worn in the kitchen so far so I'd buy them again.Bought this in black and it did not look exactly like the advertised picture, the shoe i received did not have a shiny black strap. Now due to having no vents these shoes are unbearably hot on the feet and very uncomfortable at the end of the working day, feet felt like they were on fire wearing these in a room with air conditioning. Not only did my feet feel like they would explode from getting so hot inside the shoe, they felt sore and perspired like crazy aswell at the end of the 1st day wearing these. Straight into the bin i think!Bought for mother in-law as her kitchen shoes was too old that she slip down the floor, I was always buy the Crocs kitchen shoes and love this work shoes as it isn’t slippery and comfortable when you wear it on the work. But the CRocs seems change the manufacture? The shoes getting big change, when my mother in law try it’s right size but! The design was awful, she just wear it for few minutes, her feet was sores and her instep was scratch!Return it and Don’t Waste Your money! The most unforgettable pair of shoes I've owned. I'm . Working 12hr shifts for days at a time means I'm on my feet a lot . These caused blisters which has now turned into hard skin . At one point I could not put my feet to the floorI originally purchased these in a size 7 after foot surgery which is my normal size but found them too big so had to return and exchanged for a smaller size. These are quite tight but after wearing with thick socks they now fit perfectly even with a still swollen foot. I would recommend going down a size to your normal size and they are very good also if you suffer from plantar fasciitis which I have developed since the surgery. Am considering getting the multicoloured ones next.Very comfortable. I am on my feet sometimes 12+ hours a day and they are the most comfortable footwear I have ever worn.
