These are great shoes for paddleboarding and kayaking in waters where the unknown is beneath you (such as oyster beds, coral and such). These are the best water shoes I have owned. They dont slip, they dont hold sand and with a quick swish of your feet the rocks that may get in the sides are gone. Comfort, not fashion is my yardstick, and these are the most comfortable shoe that this 66 year old can remember owning. Forget the fashionistas ! Claim back comfort ! PS, don't let my 19 year old daughter know that I've posted this. She hates them.These crocs are a slightly weird cross between crocs and sandals. They have the benefits of both, in my view. The bases are very comfortable with good grip, the uppers are soft breathable hard wearing fabric, the backs can be used to secure the sandals to the heal or the sandals can be slipped on, like conventional crocs with the backs lying underneath the heal. On my recent holiday I took a variety of flip flops, sandals etc but wore these exclusively on the plane, on the beach, out to dinner. Despite the fact they were new and I wore them without socks i was never sore or blistered despite walking around 3 miles a day. They look good in BrownNot wanting to buy crocs, as I do not like the look, I did buy these ones as an alternative, when delivered still didn't quite like the look of them, so I left them in the bag ready to send back when I thought I would try them on, so light, breathable to the point of wearing flip flops, super comfortable. I love them. They are staying, I would get another pair.Experience : The crocs I used earlier started to develop a hole underneath after extensive use of 4 long years. I used it in rain, for walking, trekking, driving. So without a doubt wanted a crocs again but this one feels very light weight, don't know whether it'll let like the previous one. Only time can answer.Delivery :This came packed in a polythene bag. No proper box packing.Authenticity : Upon scanning the bar code product looks genuine and branded. You can see the bar code in one of my pics.Price : Bought this one for Rs 2500/- in Citi bank offer, also got Amazon pay cash back of 200Rs. Waited to buy for past 6 months. The Crocs I bought earlier also costs Rs2500/- after 50% discount in metro shoes chennai. Though price is justified, would be better if it's priced around Rs 2500/- so that I don't have to wait for offers. Lol.Durability: They are solid built. No stitches came out in my previous crocs, but after 2.5 years due to wear and tear it last all the grip and started to skid. Let's see how long this one lasts.Verdict : Crocs are worth buying. It's like spending Rs 625/- per year for sandals if you gonna use it for 4 yrs.
