I bought two pairs of these 'Duet Max' (one pair in Black/Charcoal and another pair in Khaki/Espresso) to replace a pair of Crocs 'Duet Sport' clogs which I had purchased awhile ago, but didn't try them on until several months later. Unfortunately, it was then too late to return/exchange them since Crocs has discontinued the 'Duet Sport' clog.Though I like the color and style of my Crocs 'Duet Sport', they are just simply one size too large. Since Crocs do not come in half sizes, I'd actually recommend ordering one size smaller than your 'normal' shoe size. Since I now know that that Crocs do have a tendency of running large (aka 'roomy'), I purchased one size smaller than what I usually wear and they fit perfectly; i.e., I wear a men's size 10, but bought the 'Duet Max' in a men's size 9 and I am glad that I did.The outer sole area appears to be constructed of the same (stronger) foam material like the 'Duet Sport', yet the interior footbed is soft and comfortable. Although there is only moderate arch support (as expected), I have worn similar style Crocs all day long and I had never experienced any issues r/e foot pain whatsoever. Since I am diabetic, soft comfortable shoes with a covered toe area and a slip resistant sole is a must. These will be worn both indoors and outdoors during the Spring and Summer, as it usually snows here the other half of the year. This year, I immediately took advantage of Amazon's Spring Shoe Sale. By doing so, I saved a lot of money and bought them while my color choice and required size were still available. Though I am not a Prime member, these were received within three days and shipping was 'free'. Evidently, there must be an Amazon warehouse nearby?
