This is my third style of Crocs. As others have noted, the sole is more rigid than other Crocs. They also run wider than other styles. They are very warm and comfortable. I like to wear slippers most of the time, but it is not a good idea to walk long distances in most slippers. These 'loafers' are a great compromise between slippers and a good walking shoe. I have very wide feet and like my comfort. It is hard for me to buy shoes that suit me. I am very happy with this purchase!!I have to wear somethting around the house because of hard surface floors and nerve damage to my feet. I was looking to replace another slide on that I can no longer find anywhere so I decided to try this crock loafer. I do find crocks have worked for me on concrete and asphalt surfaces so I decided to try this loafer/slipper for indoors. It isn't quite the fit I hoped it would be but it will do when the other brand eventually dies. For the price I am satisfied.Very well made & comfortable shoe, although I do wish that 'Crocs' would standardize their sizes across the board ! I always buy size 10 & these are a little too large, the moccasin boots from them that I got are a little too small !, & the 2 pairs of flip-flops (thongs) of different design are quite wearable and nice but also not the same as each other. At least I can get by just with all but would be great to be sure before ordering !!If you like your feet sweaty then these are for you. There are no air holes so once your foot is in it creates a snug humid area for your toes. If you are out standing in the garage or out to get the mail in winter these might be good for you.I don't know if these were designed to be used for slippers or not, but orthopedic slippers were REALLY expensive. My husband needed something that gave better arch and heel support, and wasn't likely to wear out. He had a cheap knock-off pair of "Croc"s that he wears outside for yard work, and liked their molded bottom. I bought these for him, hoping they would be a good fit to help with his feet.So far, after one week, they are terrific. These are exceptionally well made, soft inside, molded so the softness won't "flatten out" as they do with most slippers, and they have great traction on tile floors.Definitely worth it, and a good price for these especially.I've ordered many CROCS from Amazon and they all have been very comfortable. This pair arrived and looked great. I am sorry I wore them outside on the first outing based on previous experiences. The fit is quite loose and I find it difficult to keep them on my feet. I even tried placing cushions in the upper arch but they did not work. I'm afraid this pair will immediately go to a charity.These loafers are a bit roomy, and comfortable for around the house or for short trips to the store. like another reviewer said, the berry color is really quite a bright pink. My dad is almost 80, so he's not squeamish about the bright pink. A younger guy might feel differently.the crocs were too big , and the size labeling was confusing. They only come in two sizes so I ordered the smaller size.
