These flip flops were not as thick in the sole as I expected but nevertheless fit perfectly, the toe-bar is painless and the support under foot is very good. I purchased because of the price and the similarity of the grip pattern to the Crocs 'clogs' - was not disappointed. Not quite as comfortable for walking as my 'Athens' but still good. I've had 2 pairs of the 'Athens' for well over 6 years and they have been washed in the washing machine many many times - are these going to be as long lasting? who knows. I think that the fact the toe post has its 'button' through to the underside will mean a sudden POP break one day rendering FF useless. Well worth the tenner delivered whatever happens.I have never liked crocs, but I have to say that these are brilliant flip flops. They are very lightweight, very comfortable and perfect for on the beach and by the pool on holidays. They are waterproof and easy to clean. Definitely worth having a pair.I ordered a size 4/6 but when they came they were a 5/7 - I have had this problem before with Crocs and I have pairs in both sizes both of which fit but the 5/7 is slightly large and some of the 4/6 can be perfect or a little small. I think it is to do with the factory they are produced in having size differences as it seems to vary in different shops. Just be aware if you order that your size might not be as perfect as previous pairs however they are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever worn and I have them in most colours and they have seen me through several Summers.Have purchased as a result of previously owning a pair of Croc flip flops. They are an excellent fit, comfortable with a nice thick sole so you do not feel discomfort when walking on uneven ground. I use them all day, every day, would not be without them. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good quality flip flop. They come in lots of different colours too. Will definitely buy more.These flip flops are brilliant. Comfortable, easy to walk in and stylish. I totally love them. I bought them in July 2011, here I am in Dec 2013 and they are still going strong. That really is saying something, because I wear them every day.I am a croc flip flop wearer and I am definitely not just a fair weather wearer. Had them on last Saturday morning shopping.
