A friend is recovering from a stroke and needed some shoes for his physical therapy. I knew he loved Crocs so purchased these for him. They were a good fit. Unfortunately, someone else at the rehab must have taken a liking to them because they disappeared. When they're new they are still soft but firm but once you put some wear on them they get softer to your feet and even more comfortable especially with socks. It's better to wear these because sometimes you'd choose these rather than wearing out all your shoes these will last a bit.I like croc because they do not change their styles and sizing. So they fit the same every time.I was reading all the reviews and some people would say they were too small and some said just right. I went ahead and bought the navy ones and they perfect.Ok, so I never thought I would wear Crocs but after years and years of hype through movies, online, word of mouth, internet, and personal friends, I figure I'd try them. And they were all correct! These really are great feeling things for my feet. They aren't cool looking (at least not for an American non-hipster male) but boy are the nice feeling and functional. Specifically on function, I was looking for a camp slipper that I could slip on around the campsite/RV/Campground/lodge/cabin and walk outside without putting on boots or sneakers. Sandals are ok if you're a boy or when on an island beach but anywhere else, nope. Moccasins are ok, but typically they do not have a hard sole. So camp slippers with hard soles are becoming a thing but they are typically over $80 and at that point they are just a really cheap boot. So Crocs help fill the void and niche for a camp slipper. Of course, Crocs are not insulated but inside I usually have socks on so these are perfect, esp in non cold months or climates because with socks or no socks I can slip the feet right into these things. And so far, without socks these things do not make the feet hot (at least not mine) so not a lot of foot sweat and the resulting stink. What I have learned is that these things do stretch, at least a little which is good. I ordered a size 9 ( i wear a 9.5 in boots/drewss shoes [Danner, Allen Edmonds, Sperry) and tennis shoes are a 10 [Nike, Adddis, Chucks]) and when they first arrived, the left one fit perfectly but the right one seemed a tad small since a couple of my toes were just barely bumping up against the front of the croc. Plus I kinda thought my heals were right on the back edge of the croc but despite this , they were still pretty comfy but not great. Plus, the first few days of ownership and wearing without socks, the tops and sides of my feet were getting a few hot spots from rubbing. But nonetheless, I continued to wear them and powered through hoping they would get better and rather quickly (within a couple weeks) with casual wearing these feel better (my right toes no longer barely touches the front and no hot spots) but I still feel like my heels are on the back edges of the crocks so I think they maybe too short. But I really like that they fit snug and never feel like a flip-flop that could slide right off my feet, even when barefoot in them. Plus the nubs have a great massaging effect - super sensitive feet may not like it but the nubs are soft and with socks i can't feel them. But because of how good these feel, I want to believe the size 10 will feel better and as a result I have a size 10 on the way.If you can find these in the store, I would try on several pairs of the same size just to see if they fit slightly different due to variances in the QA/QC. I think a person would be able to find the perfect fit in the store, esp. if they are between sizes like I am. if my size 9 were just a tad larger they would be perfect. As it is, I'm expecting the size 10 to be a little too big and slip around but I'm hoping they will work and not slide around but I expect them to feel just a little bit better, otherwise I'll stick to the smaller size due to a potentially better fit.Can be worn all day every day anywhere. So comfortable. For some reason no other brand compares to the quality and comfort of Crocs.decent priceWir haben gleich 3 Paar dieser Schuhe in unterschiedlichen Größen und Farben gekauft. As some other buyers have pointed out, the big issue with these crocs is ordering your correct size. The size quoted i.e. “9 UK women, 8 UK men” is in fact a large size 9, so the actual clogs you will receive are always a size larger than the size you order. So long as you’re careful about this sizing issue, these are excellent clogs. You can stand or walk all day in them and they’re always comfortable. If they get dirty, just pop them in the washing machine and bingo, good as new. You don’t need to ever use the straps but if you do choose to use them they’re strong and hard wearing, though if you wear the shoes a lot the strap attachments are likely to be the only component that will eventually break loose. For the price, you can’t go wrong – as long as you make sure you get the correct size.I’ve had a pair of pretend crocs before from Aldi - these are absolutely worth the extra spend. They are so much more comfortable, the quality is far superior, and the grip feels better. They also give you the freedom to let your feet breathe - my favourite thing in summer - a pair of shoes I don’t have to wear socks with. Ideal back door shoes as they are waterproof - aside from the holes obviously. But they don’t get damaged by water. They can be easily slipped on and off.Another positive for me is that I can put the straps round the back which makes my feet secure whilst driving, which is not easy to do in other mules or sandals.I feel like now I own a pair I will always own a pair of crocs!I’m not 100% sure Crocs are the quality as they were when we 1st had them, the grip don’t seem to last as long but they are as comfy as they always were, if you look around on Amazon you can get them (genuine) for a good price, never buy the looky likey pairs, they are terrible (I made the mistake!). The real things are the only way to go and they are still great to be honest, they look awful but Hell, they are comfy!!My feet are size 8 UK / 42 EU. I've always worn size UK 8 Crocs bought in UK shops. I ordered a UK 8 off Amazon, but a 9 was delivered which was too big. I returned them, received a refund quickly, and I'm going to stick to buying Crocs in shops where I can try them on. Very disappointed. I was going camping, and there was no time to reorder.
